This coffee brings forward the notes similar to a Congnac with it’s black berry, cherry, and winey notes balanced with a heavy mouthfeel and a balanced acidity with a crème finish . This a delightful cup and can be enjoyed both hot or cold be it a pourover, French press or an Aeropress it is a crowd pleaser.
