CuCoBox provides several internet-based services through cucobox.com. (the “Website”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our service. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By using the Website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
In these Terms, references to “you”, “user” shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website, and “we”, “us” and “our” shall mean Website.
1.1. We are an e-commerce portal made primarily to sell coffee, coffee equipment, and subscription plans (the “Services”).
1.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to access the services. Minors may only use the services under the supervision of an adult.
1.3. Our services and any content accessed through the services are for your personal and non-commercial use only.
1.4. You may access our services in India only.
1.5. You agree to use our services, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the services or content therein. You agree and undertake not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website. Limited reproduction and copying of the content of the Website is permitted provided that CuCoBox name is stated as the source and prior written permission of CuCoBox is sought.
2.1. We offer Coffee Subscription Plans (“Subscription”) on a month-to- month basis model.
2.2. The Subscription fee for our service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged after your selection of the Subscription plan.
2.3. You will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on your profile.
2.4. Your Subscription will continue until terminated. To use the Subscription, you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.
2.5. You can find specific details regarding your Subscription and can update your Payment Methods by visiting cucobox.com and clicking on the "Account" link available at the top of the pages under your profile name.
3.1. To access our services, you may have to create an account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. You agree to immediately notify us at orders@cucobox.com of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
3.4. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
4.1. We will ship your order in 3 to 7 days from the date of the order placed.
4.2. You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped.
5.1. Subscription: You can cancel your Subscription if you have subscribed for three (3) or six (6) months, only seven (7) days before the renewal date of your Subscription plan. However, there will be no refund for the initial amount paid.
5.2. Coffee or Coffee Equipment (the “Products”): You can request a cancellation by writing to us at orders@cucobox.com before the products are shipped. Any request for cancelling the order after the products are shipped will not be eligible for cancellation.
6.1. Coffee Packets:
Return/exchange will be processed only if:
- the product is different from what you ordered;
- the product is returned in its original condition (unopened packets and invoice)
6.2. Coffee Equipment:
Return/exchange will be processed only if:
- the product is different from what you ordered;
- if it is damaged in transit;
- if it has functioning issues (only valid for electrical equipment)
You can return/exchange your coffee packets or coffee equipment by writing to us with all the necessary details at orders@cucobox.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
7.1. The Website may contain links to other websites (“Third Party Sites”).
7.2. The Linked Sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents of any Third-Party Sites, including without limitation any link contained in a Third-Party Sites, or any changes or updates to a Third-Party Sites.
7.3. We are providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by cucobox.com or the Website of the Third-Party Sites or any association with its operators or owners including the legal heirs or assigns thereof.
7.4. The users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.
8.1. Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, cucobox.com owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the Website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, images, related rights, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets, goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks.
8.2. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Website belonging to cucobox.com without obtaining authorization from cucobox.com
9.1. We neither warrant nor make any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or service.
9.2. We shall not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the Website or related service(s), the provision of or failure to provide service(s), or for any information, software, products, and related graphics obtained through the Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
9.3. We shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Website during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the website that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond our control.
9.4. You waive all special, indirect and consequential damages against us. These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
10.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless for and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) asserted against or incurred by us that arises out of, result from, or maybe payable under, any breach or non-performance, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you under these Terms.
11.1. We may at any time suspend or terminate your use of Website or any services, if we believe that you have breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms or any otherwise acted unethically.
11.2.You shall be liable to pay for any service or product that you have already ordered till the time of termination.
12.1. You confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy (the "Policy") and agree on the terms of the Policy. The Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
13.1. Changes to the Terms: We reserve the right to modify/update these Terms from time to time.
13.2. Events beyond our reasonable control: We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
13.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability of that provision will not affect the validity of any other provisions of these Terms.
13.4. Communication: We will send you information relating to your account and orders (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form, including but not limited to email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

13.6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The adjudication of any dispute will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
