Our mission is to curate the perfect collection of roasted coffee delivered to you in a box right at your doorstep, hence our name - "CuCoBox". 

Founded with the vision of getting the best coffee plantations and avant-garde roasters closer to your kitchen for your morning (and evening) brew, all under one roof. 

 

All coffee available on our website has gone through an extensive cupping and brewing process and has stood out to be curated. We source only the freshest roasted coffee directly from our partners to provide an otherworldly coffee brewing experience.

Meet the Team

Roshni Masand,

Founder & CEO

I am Roshni Masand and I am obsessed with being caffeinated. Yes, you heard me right. If you share the same love for coffee, CuCoBox is here to answer all your coffee needs of the day/week/month. After studying Masters in Software Engineering in the US, I worked for a brief period of time in tech, only to realise that my love for food and beverages was much greater. I then returned to Mumbai and worked at Le15 India by Pooja Dhingra and handled multiple projects and departments for the brand like operations, marketing, business development and e-commerce.

In 2020, throughout the lockdown, a variety of coffee was consumed and multiple brewing techniques tested. Initially due to lack of time, I always ordered majorly from local / bombay based brands, till I discovered multiple roasters set up in multiple parts of the country. One day while listening to a podcast on diapers.com, I realised someone should do it for coffee! That’s when CuCoBox conceptualization started and now we carefully curate coffee from multiple roasters across India.

In my free time (which has become extinct now), I love to read and listen to podcasts, and run my podcast recommendation insta page!

Geetu Mohnani,

Coffee Curator

Geetu is a National Barista Champion, a Coffee Consultant, Menu Curator and an event host who has been in the industry for over 7 years working on the entire seed to cup process of Indian Coffee.

With almost a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Geetu has an everlasting passion and love for that perfect cup of coffee. She enjoys studying the science of coffee brewing and has spent years analysing different tastes and textures while focusing on spreading knowledge about coffee across India.

Through her journey, she has earned multiple accolades like winning the National Barista Championship in 2018, representing India in the World Barista Championship, a TEDx talk in 2021 to name a few.

When she’s not drinking or brewing coffee, she loves to read or drink wine.

Every coffee you receive, has been carefully cupped and brewed multiple times by Geetu to make sure only the best reaches you. If you love what you receive in your subscription box, you know who to praise! :)
