Attikan Microbial Washed coffee hails from the Biligiriranga Hills in Karnataka, India, at 1650m. This medium dark roast delights with notes of dark chocolate fudge, almond nougat, and raisin. Using microbial fermentation, the coffee cherries are pulped, then fermented in a controlled atmosphere to enhance sweetness, followed by washing and slow drying on raised beds for 16 days, delivering a rich and complex flavor profile.
