This coffee from Harley Estate is an exclusive nanolot processed especially for Rossette Coffee Lab. For this lot Liberica whole cherries were dropped in a stainless steel tank allowing them to sit in a CO2 rich environment, & fermented anaerobically which resulted in a creamy cup with intense sweet berry notes complemented by sweet undertones of vanilla pod
This is a filter roast and the suggested brewing methods are a pourover , aeropress or a chemex . Best brewed at 88 C water temperature.
